Bio

Mo-Han Fong is a certified and registered yoga teacher (RYT-500) with the International Yoga Alliance.

Mo-Han leads vinyasa/flow-based and Hatha yoga, and meditation classes for students with all levels of experience.

Mo-Han offers both in-person and virtual online yoga and meditation through Zoom.

In her private and group yoga classes, Mo-Han emphasizes on appropriate posture alignment to help students derive maximum benefit and safety. She customizes the class content, and provides posture modification and adjustment to adapt to students’ need and cultivate individual’s growth.

Before becoming a yoga teacher, Mo-Han worked in high-tech corporate environment for many years.

Mo-Han has a deep passion in holistic health. After going through her own healing journey, Mo-Han decided to go back to school and become a registered yoga teacher and a holistic health practitioner.

Mo-Han aims to inspire, educate and empower individuals and communities to live healthier and more fulfilling lives.

With her background and long history working as an engineer in corporate environment and high-tech industry, Mo-Han is aware of the prevalence of stress and how stress can affect a person’s health, well-being and productivity at work.

Yoga is an excellent form of exercise for stress management and to promote overall well-being. In her classes, she supports the students in cultivating relaxation and mindfulness through guided meditation, breath work and movement flow.

As a holistic health practitioner, Mo-Han has a Master’s degree in Holistic Nutrition, and she is a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition® Practitioner (FDN-P), a Certified Gut Thrive Practitioner (GT5P), a Certified Gluten Practitioner (CGP) and an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (INHC). Mo-Han works with individuals and groups to guide and empower people to take charge of their health by addressing the underlying culprits to health challenges, and supporting what the body needs to thrive, through holistic diet, nutrition/natural supplements and lifestyle protocols. She founded Simply Radiant Living (www.simplyradiantliving.com) where she shares evidence-based health information/tips which are supported by scientific research, empowering people to make informed decision and take charge of their health.
